passed away Monday, October 20, 2014

Funeral services for Ms. Carter will be held Thursday, October 23, 2014 at 1:00 PM from Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Eugene May and Clinton Davenport officiating.

Interment will follow in Tuttle Cemetery.

Visitation will be: Tuesday, October 21, 2014 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Woodard Funeral Home and Wednesday, October 22, 2014 from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM at Woodard Funeral Home and Thursday, October 23, 2014 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Woodard Funeral Home.

Ms. Carter was retired from the Portland Blouse Factory after over 18 years of service .
