Betty Jean Neal

Ms. Betty Jean Jackson Neal (better known as just "Jean"), age 84, of Bethpage, TN, passed away on Friday, March 31st, 2023.  She was born October 9, 1938 to the late Luther and Lela Rittenberry Jackson in Putnam County, TN.

She's preceded in death by her husband of 65 years Elmer Cordell Neal; her son, James Andrew Neal; her daughter, Della Bertha Huddleston; her granddaughter, Kimberly Marshall; and by her four sisters and two brothers.

She is survived by her daughters, Betty Odom and Joann Delk; her son, Greg Huddleston; her grandsons, James (Aleasha) Neal, Elliott (Felicia) Huddleston, and Shane (Tiffany) Huddleston; her granddaughters, Charlotte Allgaier, Stacey (Steve) Uher, Tracey (Thomas) Tyler and Rebecca (Dustin) Brown; her 21 great-grandkids and 8 great-great grandkids; as well as her little companion, Monkey.

Funeral services for Ms. Neal will be conducted on Tuesday, April 4th at 1PM from the chapel of Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Leon Graves officiating.  Interment will follow in the Bradley Cemetery.  The family will receive visitors on Monday, from 3PM-8PM and again on Tuesday, from 11AM-service time at 1PM at Woodard Funeral Home.  Serving as active pallbearers will be James Neal, Takoda Neal, Tyler Neal, Wesley Bonner, Chad Uher and Josh Uher.
