Mrs. Betty Ruth Smalling, age 78 of Westmoreland, TN, passed away Friday, August 2, 2019.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Smalling will be conducted on Monday, August 5, 2019 at 2:00 PM from Eulia General Baptist Church with Bro. Steve Johns and Bro. Jimmy Cushenberry officiating. Interment will follow in Eulia Cemetery.

The family will receive visitors on Sunday, August 4, 2019 from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and on Monday, August 5, 2019 from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM at Woodard Funeral Home and from 11:00 AM to service time at 2:00 PM at Eulia General Baptist Church.
