Bobbie Ann Fleming

Bobbie Ann Fleming, age 76, passed away January 23, 2019 at Sumner Regional Medical Center.

Bobbie Ann was born on September 14, 1942 to the late Mattie Lucille Russell Byrd and Thomas Sloan Byrd in the Templow community of Trousdale County.

Bobbie Ann was a faithful and loving member of Bethpage Methodist Church. She was a reading assistant at Bethpage Elementary and Howard Elementary for over 30 years.

Besides her parents, Bobbie Ann was preceded in death by a sister, Linda Byrd and a son-in-law, Hank Apple.

She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Reese Fleming of Bethpage, TN; her daughters and sons-in law, Teresa & (Carl) Gregory of Lafayette, TN, Tam & (Ed) Budge and Jill Apple both of Bethpage, TN; her brother, Dewayne & (Susan) Byrd of Bethpage, TN; her sister, Sandra & (Wendell) Jones of Decatur, TN; her sisters-in-law, Katie Grizzle of Hendersonville, TN and Linda Fleming of Gallatin, TN. She is survived by 5 grandchildren: William Gregory, Andrew & (Amber) Apple, Gracie & (Kyle) Blankenship, Eddy & (Abby) Budge, and Wesley Apple. She is also survived by 3 precious great-grandchildren: Logan Thomas Apple, Lucy Jo Blankenship and Frankie Reese Budge.

Funeral services for Mrs. Fleming will be conducted on Saturday, January 26th, 2019 at 12 Noon from Bethpage Methodist Church, Bethpage, TN with Bro. Alex Jackson and Bro. Mike Potts officiating. Interment will follow in the Bethpage Upper Cemetery. The family will receive visitors on Saturday, January 26th from 11AM-service time at 12noon at Bethpage Methodist Church.
