Brenda Bowman

Brenda Bowman, 59, of Scottsville, KY passed away at Vanderbilt Medical Center on November 8, 2020. She was born February 23, 1962. She was married to Edward Bowman of Scottsville, KY.

She was preceded in death by: her father, William Forest Ladd; his step-mother, Peggy Ladd; her mother, Katherine Rosetta Smith; her step-father, Sonney Lee Smith; her brothers, Gary Wayne Ladd and William Allen Ladd; her sister, Sandy Smith Key; her grandparents, William David and Rachel Hoskins Ladd and Jewel and Lucille Biggers; her aunts, Linda Ann Biggers and Virginia & (Rat) Biggers.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by: her sisters, Susie & (Rickie) Deshotel of Sommerville, TX, Ketenia & (Leon) Groves, Kim & (Calvin) Vaughn of Portland, TN, Cathy Copas of Westmoreland, TN and Melissa Graves of Lebanon, TN; her brothers, James Leslie & (Sandra) Ladd of Castalian Springs, TN and David Lee Ladd of Bowling Green, KY; her nephews, Jeff Drecas Ladd, Zacharia Lee Vaughn, and Curtis Copas; her nieces, Chelsey Marie Presley, Stephanie Marie Deshotel, McKayla Graves, Jessica Carter and Dallas Hobdy; her grandchildren, Brayden Bakker, Chloe Haygan, Jaylnn Cummings, Kayleigh Bowman and "Little Man", and Kynlee Bowman

The service for Mrs. Brenda Bowman will be held on Thursday, at 11:00 AM at Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Shawn Carter officiating. Interment will follow in the Eulia Cemetery.

Visitation will be: Thursday, at 9:00 AM to service time at 11AM at Woodard Funeral Home.

Brenda was a loving mother and a devoted wife who loved her husband and kids, sisters and brothers like no other.
