Carlean Edward Lyles

Mr. Carlean Edward Lyles age 80 of Westmoreland passed away February 9, 2011 at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, Feb. 13th @ 2PM from the chapel of Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. David Scruggs officiating. Interment will follow in Eulia Cemetery.

Mr. Lyles attended New Zion General Baptist Church. He was retired from Pirelli Armstrong as a Tire Builder.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Oscar and Maggie Eller Lyles; his beloved wife, Betty Blankenship Lyles; his brother, Eugene Lyles; and his sister, Frances Burris.

He is survived by his children, Debra & (David Brian) Sutton of Bethpage; Donald & (Diane) Lyles of Gallatin and Karen & (Larry) Herz of Bartlett, TN; his brothers, Guthrie Lyles of Bethpage and Harold Lyles of Gallatin; his sister, Maxine Trammel of Gallatin; his grandchildren, Amanda Sutton of Bethpage, Jessica & (Chris) Holmes of LaVergne, Dominic & (Sherrie) Cathcart of Gallatin, Derek & (Rachel) Lyles of Kansas, Laura Herz, Caroline Herz and Abigail Herz all of Bartlett, TN; and his two great grandchildren, Courtney and Chloe Cathcart.
