Chester Ray Key

Mr. Chester Ray Key, age 56, of Lafayette, TN, passed away on March 29, 2022.  He was born on May 25, 1965 in Portland, TN to the late Bobby Key and Shirley Wix.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Corey Key.

Chester is survived by his wife, Lori Ann Watt; his children, Ashley Key (Derrick Bullington), Justin (Amber) Key, Cari Bennett and Dustin (Melissa) Key; his grandchildren, Colton, Anna, Sophia, Jody, Evon, Hailey and Jaden; his brothers, J.D. (Brenda) Key and Bucky Key; and his sisters, Carmen Key and Lisa Bussey.

Chester was a self-employed drywaller.

Funeral services for Mr. Key will be conducted on Saturday, April 2, 2022 at 2PM from the chapel of Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Leon Graves officiating.  Interment will follow in the Fairfield Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Derrick Bullington, Randy Settle, Thomas Wilson, Daniel Wilson, Tyler Denning and Zachary Denning.  
Visitation with the family will be on Saturday, April 2 from 11AM-service time at 2PM at Woodard Funeral Home.
