Delma Myrtle Davis

Ms. Delma Myrtle Davis, age 89, of Bethpage, TN, (formerly of Westmoreland) passed away on Tuesday, February 15, 2022 with her family by her side.  She was born on June 8, 1932 to the late Charlie Albert and Erma Loucille Gregory Howell in Westmoreland, TN.

She was saved by God's grace and became a member of Siloam Missionary Baptist Church in 1945. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lewis Ray Davis; and her brother, Bobby Howell.

She is survived by her daughters, Rita Sue (Bennie) Mayes, Donna Davis, and Freda (Bobby) West; her son, Benny Lee Davis; her brother, Jim (Pat) Howell; her sister, Willie Dee Howell; her 7 grandchildren, Brandi Henry, Kandi Tuttle, Randi Phillips, Tayler West, Melissa Davis, Chris Davis and Charlie Mayes; her 16 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren; a special friend, Nina Caldwell; her sisters-in-law, Betty Howell and Shirley Davis Jones; and her brother-in-law, David Davis.

Funeral services for Ms. Davis will be conducted on Friday, February 18th @ 2PM from the chapel of Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Nick Tuttle and Bro. Brad Howell officiating.  Interment to follow in the Siloam Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Charlie Mayes, Chris Davis, Tayler West, Bishop Troutt, Jacob Troutt and Deacon Tuttle. The family will receive visitors on Thursday, February 17th from 2PM-8PM at Woodard Funeral Home and on Friday, February 18th from 9AM-service time at 2PM at Woodard Funeral Home.
