Donnie Edward Delk

Mr. Donnie Edward Delk, age 63, of Westmoreland, TN, passed away on March 7th, 2023.  He was born June 14, 1959 in Hartsville, TN to John B and Eula D Stafford Delk.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Eula D Stafford Delk; his grandparents, Othella and John Henry Stafford and Cleo and Cotton Delk.  

He is survived by his wife of nearly 45 years, Dorothy Joann Huddleston Delk; his father, John B Delk; his children, Daisie Jane (Anthony) Warden, Maisie Ann (Keith) Denning, and Johnny Joseph (Abby) Delk; his grandchildren, Keely Denning, Ambre (Michael) Templeton, Jacob Langford, Joshua Langford, Abigail Graves, Gunner Delk, Paisley Delk and Jaycie Davis; his great-grandchildren, Grayson Smoot, Amari Passley and Khloe Templeton; his sisters, Connie (Clay) Williams and Ronnie (Jackie) Delk; his niece, Tristen (Kyle) Smythe; his nephew, Kota Williams; his great-nephew, Max Williams; and his great-niece, Mallerie Smythe.

Funeral services for Mr. Delk will be conducted on Friday, March 10th, 2023 at 1PM from the chapel of Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Leon Graves officiating.  Interment will follow in the Halltown Cemetery, (New Deal Community in Portland, TN).  Serving as active pallbearers Gunner Delk, Devin Passley, Joshua Langford, Jacob Langford, Michael Templeton, and Kota Williams.  Honorary pallbearer will be Grayson Smoot.  The family will receive visitors on Thursday, March 9th from 3PM-8PM and again on Friday, March 10th from 9AM-service time at 1PM at Woodard Funeral Home.
