passed away Monday, February 13, 2012

Funeral services for Mr. Proffitt will be held Wednesday, February 15, 2012 at 12:00 PM from Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Johnny B. Hayes and Bro. Randy Andrews officiating.

Interment will follow in Gamaliel Cemetery, Gamaliel, KY. Pallbearers will be Matthew Proffitt, Dustin Thompson, Wyatt Proffitt, Andy Proffitt, Jerry Thompson, Tommy Holmes. Honorary pallbearers will be Daniel Thompson, Michael Polland and Newt Hodges.

Visitation will be: Tuesday, February 14, 2012 from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM at Woodard Funeral Home and Wednesday, February 15, 2012 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Woodard Funeral Home

Mr. Proffitt was a retired truck driver and a farmer for most of his life.
