Frances Cothron

Mrs. Frances Cothron, age 67 of Westmoreland passed away Friday, April 1, 2011 at Westmoreland Care & Rehab Center. She was born August 26, 1943 in Clay County, Tennessee to Bransford and Martha Johnson Crawford.

She was employed by the Sumner County Board of Education at Westmoreland High School. Mrs. Cothron was a member of Corinth Church of Christ.

Funeral services will be conducted Monday @ 1PM from the Chapel of Woodard Funeral Home. Interment will follow in New Hope Cemetery. Pallbearers are Tim Coates, William Perry, James Shadix, Tracy McCormick, Karl Haynie, and Frank Ruckma. Honorary pallbearers are 18th District DTF, Sumner County Sheriffs Office, David Hodge and Jerry Perry.

Mrs. Frances Cothron is survived by her husband, Billy Martin Cothron of Westmoreland; a son, Marty and wife April Cothron of Westmoreland and four grandchildren: Treavor and wife, Chelsea, Abbie, Clay and Lana Cothron.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Bransford and Martha Johnson Crawford.

Pallbearers are Tim Coates, William Perry, James Shadix, Tracy McCormick, Karl Haynie and Frank Ruckman. Honorary Pallbearers are as follows: 18th Judicial District Drug Task Force, Sumner County Sheriff's Dept., David Hodge and Jerry Perry.

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend to all that knew and loved her.
