of Gallatin, TN passed away June 4, 2019.

Preceded in death by husband, W.T. Hughes; parents, Woodson C. and Nubia Ann Carter; son, Johnnie Hughes; brother, James T. Carter; second love of her life, Odell "Ozzie" Osborne.

Survived by daughter, Sandra Nevils; daughter-in-law, Wendy Hughes; sister-in-law, Lorene "Cindy" Carter; grandchildren, John Hughes, Jr., Joseph Hughes and Terri (Michael) Jaynes; great-grandchildren, Haley, Analese, Libby and Brady.

The funeral services will be conducted on Friday, June 7, 2019 at 4PM from the Chapel of Woodard Funeral Home with interment to follow in the Pleasant Grove Cemetery. The family will receive visitors on Friday as well from 2PM-4PM at Woodard Funeral Home.
