*UPDATE: Date and time of service has been changed.
Hazel Ann Usher was born August 25, 1938 in Cleveland, Ohio, and raised by her parents were Burl and Barbara Madison.
She married the love of her life Jack Usher on February 3, 1960. Hazel and Jack moved to Westmoreland, Tennessee, from Lake Milton, Ohio, when Jack's work transferred him there in 1987.
While Hazel worked a variety of jobs in her lifetime including bartending and working at the Sunbeam factory, she was most dedicated to her family. She was a proud Navy wife to her husband and proud Army mother to her son. She was at her happiest when she was surrounded by her children and grandchildren. She loved to go shopping and play bingo with her daughter-in-law. You could also find her working on crafts and puzzles with her granddaughter. Hazel didn't care much for cooking but she loved to bake delicious treats, including hard candy every Christmas for all her family and friends. Hazel loved to go to yard sales and flea markets searching for deals, treasures, or a new angel to add to her collection.
In the evenings, you could find Hazel relaxing in her favorite chair drinking a Pepsi and watching NCIS.
To forever cherish her memory, she leaves behind her daughter, Virginia Calhoon (Dan) and son, Jack Usher Jr (Ronalyn). She also leaves three grandchildren, Stacey Miller, Traci Allen (Shakur), and Jack Usher III. She was blessed with three great-granddaughters, Arya, Azlynn, and Aaliyah Allen. She will also be missed by her sister, Nora Wiegerig, and her brother, James Madison.
She was preceded in death by and has now joined in the kingdom of heaven her beloved husband, Jack Usher Sr and daughter-in-law Ronalyn Usher.
