James Cecil Taylor, Jr.

Mr. James Cecil Taylor, Jr., age 52, of Westmoreland, TN  passed away on December 9, 2022.

James is survived by his fiance', Samantha Belote; his daughter, Melynda (Ronnie Frye) Cannon; his grandson, Prentis Frye; his sisters, Tabitha (Marty) Clark and Sandy Dickens; as well as many cousins and friends.

He is preceded in death by his mother and step-father,  Hollis Mandrell Tucker and   Kenneth Tucker; his brother, Moe Taylor; grandparents, Estell and Evelyn Mandrell; and his uncle, Aaron Mandrell.

The service for Mr. James Cecil Taylor, Jr. will be held on Tuesday, December 13th  at  1:00 PM at Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Matt Boren officiating. Interment will follow in Fairfield Cemetery. The family will receive visitors on Tuesday from 10:00 AM until service time at 1:00 PM at Woodard Funeral Home.  Serving as active pallbearers will be Austin Clinard, Derrick Clark, Timothy Dickens, Rodney Kennedy, Jerry Phillips and Roger O'Neal.  Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Marty Clark, Ronnie Frye and Daniel Dickens.
