Jeremy Lane Carter

Jeremy Lane Carter, age 32, of Gallatin, TN, passed away on June 11th, 2022. He was born October 16, 1989 in Gallatin, TN to Ronald Lane Carter and Christina Revell Shultis.

Jeremy was a loving son, brother, friend. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was athletic and always funny.

In addition to his parents, Jeremy is survived by his sisters and brother, Angel (Derrick) O'neal, Trenton Carter and Addison Carter; his loving wife of seven years, Brittany "Goodman" Carter; his mother-in-law, Tammy Goodman; and his nieces and nephews, Alexis, Logan and Brooklyn.

He was preceded in death by his uncle, Nicky Ray Carter; his grandmothers, Mary Ruth Carter and Kathy Smith.

Funeral services for Mr. Carter will be conducted on Thursday, June 16th at 2PM from the chapel of Woodard Funeral Home with interment to follow in New Hope Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be family and friends, and honorary pallbearers will be Jeremy' father, Ronald Carter, as well as the late Jeffery Jenkins, Mickey Carter, Valerie Carter Robinson, and Amy Carter.
The family will receive visitors on Wednesday, June 15th from 4PM-8PM and again on Thursday, June 16th from 10AM-service time at 2PM at Woodard Funeral Home.
