Jimmy Foster Stinson

Mr. Jimmy F. Stinson ,age 74 of Gallatin passed away Thursday, October 08, 2015.

Funeral services for Mr. Stinson will be conducted: Sunday, October 11, 2015 at 3:00 PM from Siloam Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. Ronnie Harrison and Bro. Jeffery Blackwell officiating. Interment to follow in Siloam Cemetery. Visitation will be: Saturday, October 10, 2015 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Sunday, October 11, 2015 from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM at Woodard Funeral Home.

Mr. Stinson was retired from BBA Fiberweb (Dupont) after 41 years of service. He was saved as a young boy and became a member of Siloam Missionary Baptist Church where he still served as a long-standing and faithful member. He proudly served in the United States Army as a Military Police Officer during the Vietnam War.

Mr. Stinson was preceded in death by his parents
Cordell Stinson and Lovera "Bea" Stinson Hauskin.

He is survived by his

Son - Rodger Dodson, Lakeland, FL,
Daughter - Karen Tenpenny (Roger), Gallatin, TN,
Grand Children - Michael Tenpenny (Casey), Kellye Tenpenny, Hunter White, Maddox Cross, Emma Stinson, Aidan Stinson, Tristan Thomason (Jennifer) and Josh Cross,
Great Grand Children - Josh and Jordan Thomason,
