Mr. J.L. Biggs Sr.

Age 69 of Westmoreland Tn. passed away Saturday July 2nd at his residence. He was a loving Father, Grandfather and friend to all who knew him. Mr. Biggs worked as and owner/operator of Arlene's Mini Mart for 22 years of his life.

Mr. Biggs is survived by his wife Arlene K. Biggs of Westmoreland Tennessee. Three sons: J.L. Biggs Jr. of Westmoreland, Ricky Bolen of Westmoreland, and Steven Biggs (Teresa) of White House. Two Daughters: Brenda Costen (John) of Westmoreland, and Rita Vanatta of Goodletsville. He is also survived by his sister Deloris Garrison (Douglas) of Westmoreland, and his Aunt Floriene Meadors.

He was preceded in death by his Mother Ola Poole Roach of Portland, Father Robert Clifton Biggs of Whitehouse, and Stepfather Louis Roach of Portland.

Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday July 6th at 2:00PM in the chapel of Woodard funeral home with Mr. Glenn Creasy officiating. Visitation will be on Tuesday starting at 11:00 AM and ending at 9:00PM. Visitation will continue on Wednesday at 11:00AM until service time at 2:00PM.

Interment will be in Walnut Grove Cemetery.
