Judy Ann Bilyeu

Judy Ann Bilyeu, age 71, long time resident of Westmoreland, TN, passed away on June 29, 2023 at Westmoreland Care and Rehab Center.  She was born May 27, 1952 to the late Claude Harmon Bilyeu and Helen Juanita Matthews in Overton County, TN.

Miss Bilyeu was a retired Traveling Registered Nurse for many years.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Ray Edward Bilyeu.

She leaves behind her sisters, Sharon (Melvin) Cantrell and Rose (George) Nunley; her brother, Claude Douglas Bilyeu; her special niece, Clarissa England (fiance', Brandon James); her other nieces and nephews, Haley High, Josh (Chantel) Bilyeu, Shannon (Joey) Smith, Heather (Shawn) Ward, Matthew and Thomas  Bilyeu, George (Renee) and Maggie Nunley, Adam Nunley and Luke (Michelle) Bilyeu.

The family would like to thank the nurses and staff of Westmoreland Care & Rehab for their loving care of their sister and aunt.
