Judy Duffer, age 64, of Westmoreland, passed away Friday, December 24, 2010, at her residence. She is survived by her sons, Ricky (Chantel) Duffer of Bethpage, Chad Duffer (fiancée Donyail Garrett) of Bethpage; daughter, Missy (Tony) Oakes of Bowling Green; sisters, Panline Thurman of Westmoreland, Helen Reese of Hendersonville, Lou Hulsey of Indiana, Barbara Etherington of Russellville, Ky., Nancy Campbell of Chattanooga, Tenn., Mary Meadows of Kokomo, Ind., Betty Saltsman of Indiana; five grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Marvin Robert and Idress Mae Gibbs O’Neal; sisters, Evelyn Springer, Nadine Phillips, Mildred Key, Jewel Nukols, Ruby and Ruthie O’Neal; brothers, James Marvin O’Neal and David Wayne O’Neal. Visitation with family is 11 a.m., until 10 p.m., Sunday, December 26, 2010, and after 10 a.m., Monday. Funeral service is 1 p.m., Monday, December 27, 2010, from the Chapel of Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Kermit Goins and Bro. David Youngblood officiating. Interment is at Wolf Cemetery. Pallbearers are Cody Gilliam, Adam Gilliam, Logan Duffer, Patrick Duffer, Steve Meadows, Craig Hulsey and Danny Hulsey. Mrs. Duffer was a member of Providence General Baptist Church.
