Lena Ruth Hesson

Ms. Lena Ruth (Carr) Hesson age 88 of Westmoreland, passed away Sunday, May 15th at her residence. Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, May 18th at 2PM from the Chapel of Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Larry Sloan officiating. Interment will be in Eulia Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Matthew Rollin, Luke Hall, Chance Hall, Tristan Nixon, Tim Neal and Clint Keen. The family will receive visitors on Tue. May 17th 11AM-9PM and Wed. May 18th 10AM-service time.

Ms. Hesson was retired from Texas Boot Company.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Russell and Pattie Scuggs Carr; her husband, Ransom Hesson; her brothers, A. W. Carr, Fred Carr Sr., and Bobby Joe Carr; and her sister, Dorothy Key.

She is survived by her daughters, Shirley Henry and Bonnie Keen both of Westmoreland; her son, Robert Hesson of Gallatin; her sister, Betty Cline of Westmoreland; her brother, Oscar Carr of Gallatin; and her seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
