passed away Tuesday, May 29, 2012 at Westmoreland Care and Rehab Center.

Funeral services for Mrs. Hammock will be held Thursday, May 31, 2012 at 2:00 PM from Siloam Missionary Baptist Church with Bro Steve Johns and Bro. Glen Sanders officiating.

Interment will follow in Siloam Cemetery.

Visitation will be: Wednesday, May 30, 2012 from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Woodard Funeral Home and Thursday, May 31, 2012 from 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM at Woodard Funeral Home

Mrs. Hammock was a member of Siloam Missionary Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by :
