Mrs. Margie Ann Gilliam, age 83, of Westmoreland, TN passed away January 6, 2022. She was born November 7,1938 in Scottsville, KY to the late Lewell Willoughby and Francis Oliphant Willoughby.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Lowell "Bobby" Gilliam; 2 sons, James Michael Keene and Timothy Alan Keen; grandson, Joseph Adam Keene; and grandparents, William Thomas and Elena Tabor Willoughby and James D. Oliphant and Lucille Atwood Oliphant; and her brother, James "Will" Willoughby.
Margie was a gifted gospel singer with a love for antiques. She ran her own store, Country Road Antiques, for many years before retiring to focus on her family and community. She will be remembered as a strong-willed, loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother.
She is survived by her son, Jeffrey Keene; grandchildren, Chris (Channon) Keene, Stephanie (John) Koussonmbus, Kimberly (Bear) Green and Sarah Ann Keen; great-grandchildren, Zachery (Haley) Keene, Jayden Keene, Chelsea Green, Matthew Green, Cameron Green, Aaron Keene, Ashlynn Guiterrez and Dylan Ryan; and her great-great grandchildren, Jennsin Keene, Kolton Keene, Kamden Keene and Raelyne Keene; her daughter-in-law, Freda Keen; and her sister-in-law, Sandy Willoughby.
Funeral services for Mrs. Margie Gilliam will be conducted on Monday, January 10 at 12:00 PM from Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Tony Green officiating. Interment to follow in Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Sunday, January 9 at 12 - 8 PM and on Monday, January 10 from 9:00 AM until service time at 12:00 PM.
