Martha Louise Creasy, age 74, of Westmoreland, TN, passed away on January 12, 2024. She was born to the late Charles Robert Rogers I and Viola Elizabeth Powell Rogers on September 13, 1949 in Dickson, TN.
Martha was a school teacher for North Sumner Elementary School for approximately 20 years. She was a member of Providence General Baptist Church.
She is survived by her special friend, Bob Samples; her companions, Bonnie Scott and J. J. Jackson; her son, Michael (LeAnn) Rogers; her daughters, Kay Holmes and Mary Gail (Todd) Anderson; her grandchildren, Lane Rogers, Blake Rogers, Kayla Bell, Kim Kreiner, Brandy Shrum, Raven Still, Sagel Anderson and Jolie Anderson; her brothers, Bobby Rogers, John Thomas Rogers, Shannon Rogers and Danny (Kathy) Rogers; her sisters, Joyce Haines and Mary (Tony) Carta; as well as her 17 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Ms. Creasy will be conducted on Sunday, January 21st, 2024 at 2PM from the chapel of Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Andrew Bolton and Coach Terry Herndon officiating. Interment will be in the Sumner Memorial Gardens on Monday, January 22nd at 10AM. Serving as active pallbearers will be Lane Rogers, Blake Rogers, Jayson Brown, Todd Anderson, Danny Rogers and Jake Still. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be her great-grandsons and former North Sumner School students. The family will receive visitors on Saturday, January 20th from 1PM-8PM and again on Sunday, January 21st from 10AM - service time at 2PM at Woodard Funeral Home.
