Mavis Ophelia Roark

Mrs. Mavis Ophelia Roark of the Rocky Mound Community passed away Thursday, July 28 at Sumner Regional Medical Center at the age of 87 years.

She is survived by her son, Morris Wayne Roark (speical friend Shirley Kendall) of Westmoreland; daughter, Sherrian Graves (Darrell) of Westmoreland; and grandsons, Jason Graves (Angie), Bryan Graves (Ziona), Michael Roark (Stacey), and Mark Roark all of Westmoreland, 7 great-grandchilden, and 4 step great-grandchilden.

Mrs. Roark is preceded in death by her parents, Calvin Genie and Annie Lois Doss, husband, Paul Hughes Roark, and brother Genie Hollis Doss, Jr.

Mrs. Roark was retired from Form Fit Rogers and attended Mt. Pleasant Church of Christ.
