Mr. Oscar Miller Williams, age 80 of Westmoreland, TN, passed away Tuesday, February 4, 2020.

Funeral Services for Mr. Williams will be conducted on Friday, February 7, 2020 at 2:00 PM from Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Kenny Sullivan, Bro. Tracy Carter and Bro. Steve Johns officiating. Interment will follow in Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jeff Williams, Garrett Williams, Tristen Williams, Ethan Carter, Troy Gass and Dixie Woods. Honorary pallbearers will be Jimmy Montgomery, Shelby Hughes, Jerry Watson, Orbin Duffer, Edd Kittrell and James Merle Brown.

The family will receive visitors on Thursday, February 6, 2020 from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and on Friday, February 7, 2020 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Woodard Funeral Home.

Loving Wife of 60 years - Barbara Williams, Westmoreland, TN
Son - Jeffery & (Susannah) Williams, Westmoreland, TN
Daughter - Lisa & (Jeff) Ritchie, Westmoreland, TN
Daughter - Teresa & (Tracy) Carter, Westmoreland, TN
As well as 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren
