Ralph Creasy

Mr. Ralph Creasy, age 76 of Westmoreland, TN, passed away Thursday, April 30, 2020.

The visitation and service will remain private to the family due to the COVID-19 restrictions and state guidelines. Interment will be in Pleasant Grove Cemetery.

Mr. Creasy was a United States Navy Veteran and served during the Vietnam Era. He was also a Mason.

Mr. Creasy was preceded in death by:
Father - Woodby Ralph Creasy, Sr.
Mother - Willie Taylor
Sister - Linda Gayle

Mr. Creasy is survived by:
Daughter - Anne & (Mike) Green
Daughter - Kay Holmes
Daughter - Mary Gail & (Todd) Anderson
Grand Children - Emily, Abbey, Kayla, Kim, Brandy, Raven, Sagel, Jolie, Lane and Blake
Great Grand Children - Hazel, Porter, Brook, Kayton, Charli, Jason, Elizabeth, Hayden, Amelia, Harper, Matthew, Addy Jane and Jett

A special thank you to the many caregivers and medical professionals that have assisted in Ralph's journey through Parkinson's disease. An extra heartfelt "thank you" to Dr. Katherine McDonnell and Dr. Daniel Claussen at Vanderbilt University Medical Center for the diagnosis of "nOH" and to Lundbeck Pharmaceuticals for manufacturing the medication, "Northera" which gave Ralph a vast improvement of his quality of life.
