Rodger Glen Helson

Rodger Glen Helson, age 55 of Adolphus Kentucky, passed away Saturday, October 22, at Scottsville Medical Center in Allen County Kentucky

Mr. Helson was a self employed truck driver for many years of his life. He also served as an auxillary police officer and served with the fire department for a short time in Westmoreland Tennessee.

He is Survived by his wife Linda Helson of Adolphus Kentucky, his son Michael G. Helson of Westmoreland, his daughter Kelly (Chris) Morrison of Loudon TN., two brothers; Hollis (Jewell) Helson of Westmoreland and Bobby Helson of Gallatin, as well as his sister Patricia (Ronnie) Presley of Westmoreland and his god child Victor (Heidi) Strzelczyk. He is also survived by his grandchildren; Michaela Deshay, Alyssa Tracey both of Hendersonville, Marcus Bryce of Loudon, Parker Dewayne of Westmoreland, A.J. & Dolly, and a host of nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his father Cecil Howard Helson, and his mother Sybil Marie Doss Helson.

Visitation for Mr. Helson will begin on Sunday October 23rd from 3:00PM until 9:00PM, and continue on Monday October 24th from 9:00AM until service time.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00PM in the Chapel of Woodard Funeral Home.

The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made toward funeral expenses.
