Ronnie Thompson

Mr. Ronnie Thompson, age 71, of Westmoreland, TN, passed away on August 23, 2022. He was born on October 23, 1950 in Westmoreland, TN.

Ronnie worked for the Sumner County Highway Department as a Foreman.

He is survived by his wife, Wanda A Clark Thompson; his children, Dawn Lynette Thompson, Ronnie Anthony Thompson, Joseph Lee Brown, and April Dawn (Thomas Matthew) Powers; his grandchildren, Amber Dawn (Charles) Ronan, Tabitha Gayle (Brandon) Duffy, Isaac Allen Thompson, Ian Christopher Thompson, Rhiannon Dawne Hamlet, Autumn Deshea Moore (Tyler Schwarz), Brayden Allen Lipford and C. J. Lipford; his best friend, Donald (Janet) Keen; his 2 great-grandsons and 2 great-grand daughters; as well as his sister-in-law, Lisa (Donnie) Shockley; and his great-nephews, Ian Shockley and Richard and Andy Clark.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Annie Thompson O'neal.

The family have chosen cremation and there are no services at the funeral home. They have entrusted Woodard Funeral Home with the arrangements of Mr. Thompson.
