Funeral Services for Mr. Troutt will be conducted on Thursday, August 13, 2020 at 11:00 AM from Fairfield Cemetery with Bro. Bo Johnson officiating. A procession will be leaving from Woodard Funeral Home heading to the cemetery at 10:30 AM.
